1. Why do I need to provide these documents to sign up?
These documents verify your authority, insurance, and identity, allowing us to book loads legally and communicate with brokers on your behalf.
2. Is my information safe with you?
Yes. Your documents are stored securely and used only for load booking, compliance checks, and communication with brokers.
3. How long does the onboarding process take after I submit my documents?
Onboarding usually takes 10–20 minutes once all documents are received and verified.
4. Do I need factoring to work with you?
No. Factoring is optional. If you use a factoring company, we only need your NOA so brokers can send payments to the correct place.
5. What if my insurance or MC authority is pending?
You must have active authority and valid insurance before we can dispatch you. We can guide you if you’re still in the setup process.
6. Do I have to sign the dispatch agreement?
Yes. Brokers will not communicate with us unless you authorize us. The agreement simply gives us permission to book loads for you.
