No. Factoring is optional. If you use a factoring company, we only need your NOA so brokers can send payments to the correct place.
You must have active authority and valid insurance before we can dispatch you. We can guide you if you’re still in the setup process.
Yes. Brokers will not communicate with us unless you authorize us. The agreement simply gives us permission to book loads for you.
